HOW I GET DOWN is the debut album from Milton Keynes based music artist Boistrous.

Hailing from Milton Keynes North representing Gasmask Formation.
Boistrous has been compiling a vast array of diverse sounds and styles which has resulted in the HOW I GET DOWN project.

Beginning back in 2011 alongside DJ's wedge (Nasty FM) and Subliminal (Defiant Radio) the 27 year old has been putting in the work with fellow MC Android to emerge as a well rounded and versatile MC and producer. After a successful 2014 and a quiet 2015 Boistrous is now ready to go from strength to strength in 2016.

This album is the first from Gasmask Formation and adds to the ever growing collection of sounds they have compiled such as Gastrimentals vol. 2 and DJ Subliminals Midnight Run to name a few.
